29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1): At least two exit routes were not available in the workplace to permit prompt evacuation of employees and other building occupants during an emergency, except as allowed in paragraph (b)(3) of this section. The exit routes must be located as far away as practical from each other so that if one exit route is blocked by fire or smoke, employees can evacuate using the second exit route. On or about December 07, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an egress hazard when only having one exit door in the production room where combustible dust was present.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Storage of flammable liquids in office occupancies, except that which is required for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment, was not prohibited. Such storage was not kept in closed metal containers stored in a storage cabinet or in safety cans or in an inside storage room not having a door that opens into that portion of the building used by the public. a). Production Room: On or about December 07, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard in the production room by storing flammable liquids where combustible wood dust was present. b). Finishing Room: On or about December 07, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard in the cutting room due to storing flammable liquids.
