29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about December 1, 2020, at the job-site located at 4040 Delta Drive, Royse City, TX; where employees were doing cornice work while using a Hitachi nail gun model number and serial number could not be obtain. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
