29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7): The alternative method in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6) a) Dye House: On or about 12/1/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that signage above the mixing tank where employees mix chemicals such as caustic soda did not include the required information such as a pictogram to convey general chemical hazard information for the caustic soda.
