29 CFR 1910.95(l)(1):The employer shall make available to affected employees or their representatives copies of this standard and shall also post a copy in the workplace. a) Production area: On December 7, 2020 the employer failed to make available and post copies of the noise standard to affected employees. Car Tech, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.95(l)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398392, citation number 2, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 600 Car Tech Drive, Opelika, AL 36801. .
