29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about December 7, 2020 at the commercial work site where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a Genie S-45 brand aerial lift without having a harness with a lanyard attached to basket. A & P Construction and Steel Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1323030, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 4, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1150 McCaleb Rd.
