29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1):  The employer did not ensure that all traffic regulations were observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times:    a) On December 4, 2020, and at prior times, the employer did not ensure that the employees operating a GEHL Mark 74 rough terrain forklift at the facility followed the traffic regulations including authorized plant speed limits and maintaining control of the vehicle.
