29 CFR  1910.1020(e)(2)(i)(A)(1): , the employer did not make records which measures or monitors the amount of a toxic substance or harmful physical agent to which the employee is or has been exposed available for employees' review;  a)	KAMCO INDUSTRIES, Inc. at 1001 E. Jackson St West Unity, OH 43570. On or about December 11, 2020, the employer did not make measuring and monitoring records available for employees' review. The monitoring results showed presence of carbon monoxide throughout the facility of levels at concentrations of 45.00 PPM and close to the PEL of 50.00 PPM especially in the shipping and assembly areas. Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, toxic gas which interferes with the oxygen-carrying capacity of blood.
