Lakeview St Haysville KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.

Lakeview St Haysville KS, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulling away from connector.

Lakeview St Haysville KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to falls from approximately 10.5 feet, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof.

Jesus Chavez dba Jesus Chavez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136342, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a Final order on 04.20.2016, with respect to a workplace located at  2333 Ironwood Ct, Wichita, Kansas.

Andover, Kansas.
