29 CFR 1910.145(f)(7): Warning tags were not implemented to warn employees of a hazard level between "Caution" or "Danger": (a) PRODUCTION AREA, LM2 - Employees were required to replace the liner material on the LM2 Liner Machine, and there was no signs or tags to warn of hazards near the belt and pulley behind the hand adjustment wheel in the lower cabinet of the machine, on or about November 24, 2020. No abatement certification or documentation required.
