29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked for the forklifts route, exposing the employees to struck by hazards: On or about, at 1141 SW 12th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL, 33069 at a shipping and receiving warehouse, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when powered industrial truck operators were driving forklifts without having a marked route to follow and to separate them from pedestrians.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(A): The operator has been observed to operate the vehicle in an unsafe manner: On or about December 15, 2020, at the warehouse grocery bay doors from 25 to 27 the employees were potentially exposed to struck-by hazards due to not enforcing the requirement of the drivers to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where employees are working in close proximity.
