29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about December 21, 2020, on the north side of the project site; an employee was walking on the top plate of a wall frame without proper fall protection while performing roof framing work on building at heights upwards of ten (10) feet. GARCIA HOME BUILDERS L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection # 1235473, citation # one (1), item # two (2) and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 753 Elderflower Aly BATON ROUGE, LA 70806.
