29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about March 4, 2022, employees were performing framing tasks in several areas of a building at heights greater than six feet above the lower level without fall protection. A) Southeast area of the site. B) Northeast area of the site. Garcia Home Builders LLC. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in: OSHA Inspection #1507421, citation number 1, item number 1, with a citation, issued February 9, 2021, and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2021, concerning a workplace located at Village at Conway - Lot A50, Gonzales La 70737.
