29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At the jobsite located at 7712 Turquoise Trail Bel Aire KS, employee engaged in ground hand activities working below employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not utilized.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
