29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Overlook at Hamilton Mill Subdivision, 1534 Weeping Tree Circle, Lot #82, Braselton, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employee was not utilizing a means of fall protection while performing framing activities, working and walking approximately 18 feet above ground level on the elevated wooden roof trusses installing the roof truss and decking, to the newly constructed two-story residential home, on or about 01/07/2021.
