29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about January 8, 2021 employees conducting roof sheathing activities on a roof with a 8:12 pitch were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11.7 feet. The Raff Custom Homes, Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1486752, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4221 122nd St, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. The Raff Custom Homes, Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1319819, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1042 Jackson Pl., Mount Pleasant, WI 53403.
