29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about January 12, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 12 feet to the exterior of the building while performing carpentry work from a second level deck.     b) On or about January 12, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 10 feet to the interior of the building while performing carpentry work from a second level deck.  CAC Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1411190, citation 1, item 5, and was affirmed as a final order on September 11, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 7162 N. Ozark, Chicago, Illinois.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
