29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 93 Westmont Drive, Lot 31 - Block 403.05, Medford NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched first floor roof while wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached. Condition observed on or about 01/12/21.
