29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 13 & 15 Morley Boulevard, Medford NJ: Two workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof while wearing full body harnesses that were not attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 07/08/21.
