29 CFR 1910.133(a)(3): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee who wears prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involve eye hazards wears eye protection that incorporates the prescription in its design, or wears eye protection that can be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses.  (a)	All American Stair Company, Inc., at 5000 Oakland St, Denver, CO 80239:  On and before January 11, 2021, the employer did not ensure that all employees working in the shop with power tools and woodworking equipment were protected from eye hazards in that at least one employee was observed wearing prescription eyewear that did not incorporate eye protection in the design of the glasses nor was the employee wearing eye protection over the prescription lenses. This condition exposed employees to eye impact hazards caused by flying wood chips and other particles.

(a)	All American Stair Company, Inc., at 5000 Oakland St, Denver, CO 80239:  On and before January 11, 2021, the employer did not ensure all forklift operators were trained in the operation of powered industrial trucks and that the operator's training consist of a combination of formal instruction, practical training, and evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards when employees were required to operate forklifts while moving material without having been trained and evaluated.

29 CFR 1910.242(b):  Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 psi:  (a)	  All American Stair Company, Inc., at 5000 Oakland St, Denver, CO 80239:  On and before January 11, 2021, the employer did not ensure the compressed air blow guns used for cleaning off debris in, but not limited to, the Closed and Open Stairs production areas were reduced to less than 30 psi.  At least two of the compressed air hand nozzles were not of the safety tips type. This condition potentially exposed employees using the air hose to the hazard of an embolism in the blood stream.
