29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. On or about 01/19/2021, at building # 5E of the job site - employees were adding re-bar to the block walls while working from the top of the block walls exposing them to a 9 foot 11 inch fall hazard to the outside ground and a 9 foot 3 inch fall hazard to the inside concrete floor while working from the top of the block walls without fall protection.  MURRIETA CONSTRUCTION INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1433073, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 004 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/21/2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 32687 PEZ LANDING LANE, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543.
