At the workplace located at 800 Atlantic Street, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116, employees were exposed to serious shock and burn hazards. Electrical extension cords being utilized in the workplace were found to have had damaged insulation, exposing the electrical wires underneath.  a. Electrical extension cord powering a Dyna-Glo Workhorse heater. b. Electrical extension cord powering the light and scale above the hide folding table.

At the workplace located at 800 Atlantic Street, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116, employees were exposed to serious shock and burn hazards. An extension cord was powering a scale in the cold room. The electrical extension cord was routed through a hole in a wall and was plugged into an electrical outlet on the other side.
