29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about January 21, 2021, on the second level, employees working near the entry stairwell were exposed fall hazards from an inadequate guardrail system approximately 12 feet above a concrete slab.
