29 CFR  1910.110(b)(6)(vi):29 CFR 1910.110(b)(6)(vi): Readily ignitable material such as weeds and long dry grass within 10 feet of any container were not removed:  a.1200 Amboy Ave, Perth Amboy, NJ.  Readily ignitable material such as wooden pallets and other combustible materials were not kept 10 feet from the cage containing the liquid propane gas.   Observed on or about January 21. 2021.

29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section:  a. 1200 Amboy Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ  The employer did not perform inspections and maintain a certification record of inspections for overhead cranes.  Employees operated a Overhead Crane, 2 Ton Crane, on a regular basis that had missing latch hooks, inadequate restraint on the pendant conductors, and other components that were not inspected on a recurring basis.    Observed on or about January 21, 2021.
