29 CFR  1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked.   A) 1200 Amboy Ave, Perth Amboy  NJ  (Avis Warehouse)  The employer did not provide safe clearance for employees working in certain areas of the warehouse.  There was no sufficient room for forklift operators to maneuverer around employees working in the warehouse, thereby exposing employees to struck by hazards.   Observed on or about 6/3/22.
