29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 22, 2021, at the above address, employees were working on an existing roof while re-roofing the roof without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet. The Acega Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477340 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/14/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 490 N. Pine Oak Place, Longwood, FL, 32779.
