29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a. Kiln Dried Infeed - Layers of combustible wood dust were allowed to accumulate to depths and over surface areas in quantities that exposed workers to fire and/or explosion hazards. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481920, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 141 Old Sharon Road in Jaffrey, New Hampshire.
