29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a. On or about January 13, 2021, around 2:30 pm, at 2701 N. 16th Street, Tampa, FL and employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was notified of the in-patient hospitalization on January 13, 2021 and did not report the in-patient hospitalization until January 15, 2021.
