The employer had not changed labelling on line E-2 from Hernon HPS 1200 to Godfrey & Wing ElecFlex 440, a change that had occurred 1 year prior. This exposed employees to contact with chemical hazards from which medical conditions such as allergic contact dermatitis may occur.

(a) On or about January 25, 2021, the employer did not make the safety data sheet for the Godfrey & Wing ElecFlex 440 anaerobic sealant available to employees utilizing the product on vacuum impregnation Line E-2 in the SDS binder located in South Plant of the workplace. This exposed employees to contact with chemicals hazards from which medical conditions such as allergic contact dermatitis may occur.
