29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  a) a) Fort Campbell Army Base - Garrison Command Building 2601 located at T-39 Indiana Ave., Fort Campbell, KY : On or about 1/26/2021, workers using fire stop to seal holes/protrusions created for electrical conduit, sheetrock compound for sheetrock finishing, and other chemicals such as but not limited to epoxy and glue and the employer did not have Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on site and readily available to the workers.   All State Heating and Cooling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391881, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Fort Knox Army Installation - Gammon Gym Building 500, Fort Knox, KY.
