29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. a) Fort Campbell - 7277 Nightstalker Way -Grimm Hall: On 01/28/21, workers were performing demolition including the removal of interior walls of drywall and carpet flooring that created significant dust exposing the workers to the drywall dust. All State Heating and Cooling was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391881, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/22/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Building 500 - Gammon Gym, Fort Knox, KY.
