29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Sentinel Veterinarian Clinic, 1704 S Reserve, Missoula, MT: On or about January 26, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet to the ground below while performing framing operations without fall protection.
