29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  (a) Komo Machine Inc- One Komo Drive Lakewood, NJ 08701:    On or about 1/18/2021, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator before requiring its use.  The employer requires painters to wear 3M Half Face elastomeric respirator 6300 and 3M Full Face elastomeric respirator Series 6900 while spray painting machine parts in a paint booth.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
