29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a. 243 South Park Dr., Woodbridge, NJ - Roof The employer did not ensure that employees were provided training on the recognition of fall hazards. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities on a multi-story, multi-unit residential building, working at or near the edge, were not provided hazard recognition training, to include, but was not limited to fall hazard training, and ensure each employee was knowledgeable in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Violation occurred on or about January 27, 2021
