29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i):The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1: (a) Pioneer Materials West, Inc. at 7271 Eagle St. Englewood, CO 80112: On or before 1/28/21, the employer did not ensure that the closet containing the service panels was kept clear of clutter and storage items. The panels did not have minimum clearance in accordance with this standard. This condition exposed employees to fire and electric shock hazards. Abatement Note: abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
