29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On or about 01/21/2021, the employer did not report to OSHA the in-patient hospitalization of an employee who was hospitalized due to injuries sustained in a fall from a 30 yard dumpster located behind Building 1572, on 01/20/2021. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on 01/22/2021. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
