Ronald Todd Staten was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501246, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 20, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 12854 Fancher Road, Westerville, Ohio 43082.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) Ronald Todd Staten, at a jobsite located at 514 Cooper Lane, Galena, Ohio 43021: On and/or preceding January 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while engaged in residential construction activities. Employee were installing roof trusses while working from the top plate of the walls, thereby being exposed to fall hazards of up to 11 feet 10 Inches. Ronald Todd Staten was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501246, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on January 20, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 12854 Fancher Road, Westerville, Ohio 43082.
