29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On or about February 1, 2021, at the construction site located at 7518 Hwy 60, Cedarburg, WI, employees were removing snow off of a flat roof on a new commercial building without fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20.2 feet.
