Gasoline fueled air compressor was use on site to power nail guns,  Extra gasoline to fuel the compressor was stored in plastic 5 gallon gas cans on the site, on or about 1/28/21.

This violation was most recently observed, on or about 1/28/2021, at 11 Harrison Avenue, Saddle Brook, NJ, at instance (a) Two Story Single Family Home (Exterior right side): Employees were exposed to a head injury while employees were engaged in roofing work above. The employer did not ensure that employees working below roofing work were protected by protective helmets, thus exposing employees to a struck by hazard to the head. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 1/28/2021, at 11 Harrison Avenue, Saddle Brook, NJ, at instance (a) Two Story Single Family  Home (Exterior Front): Employee engaged in roofing work used an extension ladder to access  the roof above the main entrance door, the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof's landing. The employer did not ensure that the side rails of extension ladders used by employee extended three feet above the roof's upper landing, thus exposing employee to a fall hazard. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 1/28/2021, at 11 Harrison Avenue, Saddle Brook, NJ, at instance (a) Two Story Single Family  Home (Exterior right side): An employee engaged in roofing work was working within less than three feet from energized power lines while working from a Werner aluminum extension ladder that did not had nonconductive side rails. The employer did not ensure that rails of a ladder used near energized power lines were nonconductive, thus exposing employees to an electrocution hazard.
