29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: A) Sperling Heating & Ventilation Co. Inc., worksite located 8650 Airport Hwy, Holland, Ohio, 43528: On or about January 26, 2021, the employer did not ensure an employee operating the Wysong Bending Roller machine was protected from entering the point of operation. The employee operating the roll bender with out the benefit of guarding was exposed to crushing hazards.
