29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  (a) On or about February 3, 2021, an employee; using a Makita 7.25 inch circular saw to cut roof rafter boards, was exposed to a cut-by hazard in that the lower guard was held in the open position.   (b) On or about February 3, 2021, an employee; using a Makita 7.25 inch circular saw with its base plate set at an angle to cut hip roof rafter boards, was exposed to a cut-by hazard in that the lower guard was held in the open position.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) On or about February 3, 2021; an employee was framing a house while standing on top of a wall and was not protected from a fall hazard of approximately ten feet or more to the ground below.
