Acres Drive, Sikeston, MO63801, on or about 2/4/2021, workers were permitted to operate a ENCO 1 inch Belt Sander, Model: 00234013, S/N: 150456, 3450rpm, without any form of guard to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycle. The workers were exposed to a potential abrasion, laceration hazards to hands and digits.
