29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about February 2, 2021 at the worksite located at 2212 Alcovy Rd SE in Dacula, Georgia an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while installing insulation to a commercial building, when the employer failed to ensure that proper fall protection was used at all times the employee was exposed to fall hazards of six (6) feet or more.
