29 CFR  1910.97(a)(2)(i): For normal environmental conditions and for incident electromagnetic energy of frequencies from 10 megahertz to 100 gigahertz, the radiation protection guide of 10 milliwatt per square centimeter as averaged over any possible 0.1 hour period was not followed:   a)  Air Traffic Control Tower:   On or about February 2, 2021, exposure levels of radio frequencies classified as non-ionizing radiation generated from radio communications equipment were not completed.  The employer required employees to work with radar communications equipment and radios to monitor air traffic and ground controls.
