29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a. On or about December 19, 2025, at the electrical room area. Three electrical service panels were blocked by portable Rigid vacuum, office chair, tools and testing equipment storage bin and a 2-step foldable step stool. NOTE 1: FAA-St. Thomas ATCT was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1671034, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-10-2023, with respect to a workplace located 1 John Brewers Bay, St. Thomas, VI. NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
