The scaffold was tipping/rocking from side to side while the employees were walking from one end of the scaffold to the other. The scaffold was hoisted 23.4 feet in height to the area of the residential home located at 101 South Ridge Road in Castle Rock, CO. The employees were being hoisted by a CAT TH560B forklift.
