Elements of the machine including, but not limited to, the travel area of the material table, were not guarded, exposing workers to struck-by hazards.    (c) On or about  February 9, 2021, at the worksite located at W248 N5499 Executive Dr., Sussex, WI, the employer did not ensure adequate guarding was implemented on the # 4 Komo Xtreme CNC router machine.
