Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances shall be allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  On or about February 11, 2021, in the Micro Irrigation Business Section of the warehouse, on isle #16 there was structural damage to the metal pillar (the metal pillar was cut through at the bottom on one side).  The structural integrity of the beam/building was unknown.  This condition exposed employees to  stuck by and/or caught between from possible building collapse.
