29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Sub-panel C near dust collector in rough mill area, NE wall: On or about February 10, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to an electrical hazard while working in the vicinity of an electrical panel with an accumulation of fine wood dust on the panel fuse switches.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(i):Portable cord and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) were not visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence of possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket): NE Wall, Marine Johnson equipment saw: On or about February 10, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to an electrical hazard while operating the Mereen-Johnson saw, which had fraying to the outer electrical cord sheath.
