29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: Main Shop Floor: On or about February 17, 2021, a Toyota forklift labeled # 20, model # 5FBCU20, serial # 65501, was found to have an inoperable parking brake, exposing employees to possible injury if it were to roll while unattended.
