Warren Commissary at 6205 Missile Drive, Bldg. #720, Cheyenne, WY: On or about February 11, 2021, employees worked on cord and plug equipment during which the power source was not under the exclusive control of the operator. The Solo Max, Mettler Toledo packaging machine was used to wrap packages of meat in plastic, using powered rollers and heat. Employees opened the machine to clean inside the machine without unplugging it from the power source. This condition exposed employees to pinch point and heat hazards.
